When a couple like Grant and Kori decide to tie the knot, you know it’s going to be an unforgettable event. While living in Arizona, the couple decided to do a destination wedding of sorts and said yes to their venue Willow Ridge, located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.

Grant and Kori opted for a relaxed yet elegant celebration. These two are as laid-back and down-to-earth as it gets, and their wedding day was a true reflection of their personalities. The atmosphere was infused with a fun, lighthearted spirit, as the couple prioritized one thing above all: making sure their guests had an amazing experience. This meant plenty of delicious food, craft cocktails, and an open invitation to dance the night away.

The Details

The couple kept their decor simple yet classy and opted for a color palette of neutrals with lots of greenery, and classic black and white accents. A big priority of theirs was greenery on the chandeliers in the venue and it took their reception space to the next level.

The Ceremony

Kori & Grant's ceremony was sweet, intimate, and Texas inspired. The couple opted to share private vows during their private first look but incorporated some innately Texas accents into their ceremony such as a branding ceremony where the couple branded a cowhide. They also opted for a more private "you may kiss the bride" moment hidden by Grants cowboy hat.

The Wedding Party

The wedding party was the definition of fun, complete with a bridesman who passed out airplane bottles as he walked down the aisle, and a goofy first look between Grant and the Bridesmaids. Grant & Kori's crew understood the assignment and helped them celebrate and party all the way through send off.

The Couple

When we saw the gallery for the new Mr. & Mrs. Hampton we were absolutely blown away by their couples portraits. From their late night (semi) trash the dress photo session at the river to the absolutely exquisite Texas Hill Country sunset that graced as cocktail hour came to an end. Their photos turned out beautifully.

The Reception

Despite a smaller guest count, Kori and Grant celebrated and danced the night away with their friends and family. They were lifted in chairs, did a second grand entrance in a second outfit, and ended the night with a sweet, private last dance and a classic sparkler send off.

Grant and Kori’s wedding was more than just a union of two people—it was a celebration of the community they’ve built around them. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to ensure their guests felt valued and appreciated, turning the entire day into an experience that was as meaningful for their loved ones as it was for them.
